When you use our Shop Canada Online service, you can shop your favorite online stores and have it delivered to our main office in Toronto. We will then ship it to you directly in the Philippines within a week to ten days.

How to Shop Canada Online
This service is great if you live in the Philippines and want to shop from a Canadian online store, or reside in Canada and want to order an item to send your recipient in the Philippines.
Follow these easy steps below to learn how to address your order to us for delivery to the Philippines.
1. Shop and Order from an Online Store
Visit any online store in Canada and place your order as your normally would based on the site.
* Note: there are certain items that cannot be sent by air due to government regulations and we may need to open the package to confirm this. These regulations are found below under Important Notice at the bottom of this page.
2. Put Johnny Air Cargo Canada as the Shipping Address at Checkout
When you reach Checkout on the online store, put in Your Name and the following address information below, so that your order will be delivered to us.

If necessary, pick a method of shipping listed by the Canadian website/retailer (i.e. Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Purolator, etc.).
Once your order goes through, take note of the Tracking information, if provided.
3. Send Us Your Order Information
After your order is complete, please send us the details of your order and recipient information by completing our Shop Online Order Information Form.

It is important that you immediately forward these shipping details. This way, we will be able to send your package to the Philippines without any delay.
4. Receipt, Payment, and Delivery
As soon as we receive and check your order, we will send you an email with the Invoice of the shipping cost to the Philippines. The Invoice will also include the Airway Bill, which will be the Johnny Air Cargo Tracking Information.
Payment for the shipping cost will be in Canadian Dollar ($CAD) and can be paid online on our Pay Now page. Payment can also be made upon receipt of package in the Philippines as Cash/Collect On Delivery (COD).​

After that, your order will be on our next flight date to the Philippines.
When will I receive my order in the Philippines?
Our flight date is every Wednesday, with cut-off being every Tuesday by 3:00PM.
Generally, it takes about 5 to 7 business days for your order to reach our office in Toronto, and another week to 10 days from Toronto to Metro Manila or the Provinces from our next flight date.
5. Arrival in the Philippines
When your package arrives in the Philippines, our Johnny Air Cargo Office there will contact the Recipient to let them know that the package is ready for delivery or Pick-Up at our Johnny Air Cargo Office.
You can track your package, which is updated by our Manila Head Office upon arrival. You can also visit our Shipping Updates page for the latest information on our air cargo deliveries.

Johnny Air Cargo Canada Inc. and its customers are required to adhere to the Philippines, Canada, and other laws regulating export trade and shipping. Johnny Air Cargo Canada Inc. STRICTLY PROHIBITS shipments in any form of firearms/ammunitions, parts and accessories thereof (even with legal permits), hazardous materials, contraband, counterfeit merchandise and illegal drugs. In addition, Johnny Air Cargo Canada Inc. does not accept shipment of any goods requiring the issuance of a permit, certificate or other authorization required under the Export and Import Permits Act (EIPA) by the Trade Controls Bureau, the Export Controls Division (TIE) of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada (DFATD), the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC), or any other related regulatory agency unless, at the time the cargo is tendered, it is accompanied by all necessary licenses and other documentation. Customers are required to provide Johnny Air Cargo Canada Inc. with true and accurate information regarding product descriptions and values. Johnny Air Cargo Canada Inc. reserves the right to open all shipments to determine conformance to the above requirements. The customer must ensure that their goods meet all requirements under the law. Failure to do so could result in fines, detention or seizure of the goods by the CBSA. In addition to the above regulations, the customer needs to conform with the Philippine Bureau of Customs regulated, restricted, and prohibited list as indicated in https://customs.gov.ph/prohibited-restricted-importations/. By placing cargo with Johnny Air Cargo Canada Inc., the customer agrees to all of the above restrictions and conditions, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Johnny Air Cargo Canada Inc. for any fines, penalties, forfeitures or other costs arising from the customer’s failure to comply with these requirements.
