There are two ways you can send your package to the Philippines. You can bring in or mail your package to our Toronto office and our representatives will be happy to assist you. We will weigh and measure your package and then issue you an airway bill/invoice. The chargeable weight is based on the actual weight or the volume weight (which is the length x width x height in inches and the total divided by 166), whichever is greater.
You can also send package to the Philippines by ordering online from a Canadian website and shipping it to us. We will then ship this to your designated address in the Philippines. More details on this can be found on our Shop Canada Online page.
For more information, visit our Air Cargo page.
It takes 5 to 10 business days from flight date to delivery depending on the destination. Metro Manila takes one week and the Provinces take up to 10 days.
You can also track your package on our Tracking page, which is updated by our Manila Head Office upon arrival in the Philippines. We also post regular updates on shipments each week on our Shipping Updates page.
If you are not in Toronto - don't worry! We have customers from all over Canada. You can mail your package to our office in Toronto and then send us an email with the sender and recipient information. Once we receive your package, we will send you an invoice of the cost to the Philippines. After it is paid, we will deliver it on our next flight date.
