Frequently Asked Questions
We are located in Toronto on Wilson Avenue near the corner of Bathurst. Although we have plans to open more offices in other cities and provinces, Toronto is our only current location in Canada.

There are two ways you can send your package to the Philippines. You can bring in or mail your package to our Toronto office and our representatives will be happy to assist you. They will weigh and measure your package and issue you an airway bill/invoice. The chargeable weight is based on the actual weight or the volume weight (which is the length x width x height in inches / 166) whichever is greater.
You can also send packages to the Philippines by ordering online from a Canadian website and shipping this to us. We will then ship this to your designated address in the Philippines. More details on this can be found on our Shop Canada Online page.
If you are not in Toronto - don't worry! We have customers from all over Canada. You can mail your package to our office in Toronto and then send us an email with the sender and recipient information. Once we receive your package, we will send you an invoice of the cost to the Philippines. After it is paid, we will deliver it on our next flight date.
Once the package arrives in the Philippines, our Johnny Air Cargo Manila office will contact the recipient and advise them that their package is ready for pick up or delivery.
If the shipping freight is to be paid in the Philippines, the amount will be converted into pesos based on the current airline rate plus the 12% VAT (value added tax). If it is pre-paid in the Canada there is no handling fee or VAT.
