SHIPPING UPDATES

Flight date is every Wednesday, with cut-off being every Tuesday by 3:00 PM EST

This page will be regularly updated with the latest information on parcels shipped each week. For tracking updates, please refer to our Tracking page that is updated by our Manila Head Office upon arrival in the Philippines.​

*Please note that our shipping dates are subject to change and delays can occur due to unforeseen events, observed or federal holidays, or inclement to severe weather.

 

All scheduled flights are weight restricted and subject to payload availability by the airline at departure time. As such, there is always a possibility of the shipment being offloaded and rescheduled on the next available flight.

  • All packages from Nov 5 - 11 were delivered to the airport on Tuesday, November 11 and are on its way to the Philippines. ETA Manila is Friday, November 14. Packages will then be sorted for delivery or pick up upon arrival. Tracking will be updated by our Manila Head Office.

  • All packages from Oct 29 - Nov 4 have arrived in the Philippines and are being sorted for delivery or pick up. Tracking will be updated by our Manila Head Office. ** Please note there may be delays in delivery due to Typhoon Kalmaegi.

  • All packages from Oct 29 - Nov 4 were delivered to the airport on Tuesday, November 4 and are on its way to the Philippines. ETA Manila is Friday, November 7. Packages will then be sorted for delivery or pick up upon arrival. Tracking will be updated by our Manila Head Office.

  • All packages from Oct 22 - 28 were shipped on Wednesday, October 29 and arrived in Manila on Friday, October 31. Packages will be sorted for delivery or pick-up upon arrival. Tracking will updated by our Manila Head Office.

  • All packages from Oct 17 - 21 were shipped on Wednesday, October 23 and arrived in Manila on Friday, October 24 Packages will be sorted for delivery or pick-up upon arrival. Tracking will updated by our Manila Head Office.

  • All packages from Oct 8 - 16 were shipped on Friday, October 17.  ETA  Manila is Sunday, October 19. Packages will be sorted for delivery or pick-up upon arrival. Tracking will updated by our Manila Head Office.

  • Please note this week's next flight date has been moved from Wednesday, to now Friday, October 17. The cut-off for this week is Thursday, October 16 by 3:00 PM EST.

  • All packages from Oct 1 - 7 were shipped on Wednesday, October 8 and arrived in Manila on Friday, October 10. Packages will be sorted for delivery or pick-up. Tracking will updated by our Manila Head Office. ** Please note there may be delays in delivery in the Southern Philippines due to the earthquake.​​
