Flight date is every Wednesday, with cut-off being every Tuesday by 3:00 PM EST

This page will be regularly updated with the latest information on packages shipped each week. For updates on the status of a package that has arrived in the Philippines, please refer to our Tracking page, which is updated by our Manila Head Office. The Airway Bill (AWB#) number on your invoice or receipt is your tracking number.

*Please note that our shipping dates are subject to change and delays can occur due to unforeseen events, observed or federal holidays, or inclement to severe weather.

All scheduled flights are weight restricted and subject to payload availability by the airline at departure time. As such, there is always a possibility of the shipment being offloaded and rescheduled on the next available flight.

Packages from April 10 - 14 were offloaded by the airline due to weight restrictions and have been rescheduled to depart from Toronto on Friday, April 17. Shipment will arrive on Sunday, April 19 and will be released from customs on Monday, April 20. Delivery or pick-up will begin on Tuesday, April 21.

All packages from April 3 - 9 departed from Toronto on Friday, April 10 and arrived at our Manila Head Office on Monday, April 13. Packages are in the process of being sorted and will be released for delivery or pick-up throughout the week. Tracking will be updated by our Manila Head Office.

All packages from March 26 - April 2 have arrived at our Manila Head Office and are currently being released for delivery or pick-up. Tracking will be updated by our Manila Head Office throughout the week.
All packages from March 26 - April 2 departed from Toronto on Friday, April 4 and are currently on its way to to the Philippines. Estimated arrival at our Manila Head Office is Monday, April 6, with sorting for delivery and pick-up to follow soon after. Tracking will be updated by our Manila Head Office by Tuesday, April 7.

Packages from March 18 - 25 were offloaded due to weight restrictions and departed from Toronto to Manila on Friday, March 27 and arrived in the Philippines on Sunday, March 29. Packages are now at the Manila Head Office for sorting and will be released for delivery or pick-up beginning Tuesday, March 31. Tracking will be updated this week by the Manila Head Office.
