SHIPPING UPDATES

Flight date is every Wednesday, and cut-off is every Tuesday by 3:00 PM EST

PLEASE NOTE:

The shipment for this week has been moved from Wednesday, September 9 to now Friday, September 11.

 

The cut-off is now Thursday, September 10 by 3:00 PM EST

This page will be regularly updated with the latest information on packages shipped each week. Packages are scheduled to depart every week on Wednesday and estimated to arrive in the Philippines by Friday, unless otherwise noted below.

 

Tracking is updated by our Manila Head Office upon arrival. For updates on the status of a package that has arrived in the Philippines, please refer to our Tracking page. The Airway Bill (AWB#) number on your invoice is your tracking number.​

* Please note that our shipping dates are subject to change and delays can occur due to unforeseen events, observed or federal holidays, or inclement to severe weather.

 

** All scheduled flights are weight restricted and subject to payload availability by the airline at departure time. As such, there is always a possibility of the shipment being offloaded and rescheduled on the next available flight.

  • All packages from August 19 - August 25 departed Toronto on Wednesday, August 26 and arrived in the Philippines on Friday, August 28. Packages are on their way for delivery or pick-up. Tracking is updated by our Manila Head Office.

  • All packages from August 12 - August 18 departed Toronto on Wednesday, August 19 and arrived in the Philippines on Friday, August 21. Packages are on their way for delivery or pick-up. Tracking is updated by our Manila Head Office.

  • All packages from August 5 - August 11 departed Toronto on Wednesday, August 12 and arrived in the Philippines on Friday, August 14. Packages are on their way for delivery or pick-up. Tracking is updated by our Manila Head Office.

  • All packages from July 29 - August 4 arrived in the Philippines on Friday, August 7. Packages are on their way for delivery or pick-up upon. Tracking is updated by our Manila Head Office.

  • All packages from July 29 - August 4 departed Toronto on Wednesday, August 5 and will arrive in the Philippines on Friday, August 7. Packages will then be sorted for delivery or pick-up upon arrival. Tracking will be updated by our Manila Head Office.​​​​
